IMPORTANT TO KNOW

A deposit of € 300 must be paid within one week after booking, the rental amount 30 days before arrival. If the house is left tidy, without damage and after following the general terms and conditions, you will receive the deposit back in full within a week by bank transfer (in the case of a transfer to a non-European bank account, the bank costs are borne by the guest). Guests of Wuytershoef don't have to do the cleaning, but I do ask that the house and garden are left neat and clean: tidying up, emptying the dishwasher, cleaning the BBQ,...

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:30 AM at the latest.

In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, we will retain 50 % of the total sum. In case of cancellation within the week before arrival, we will retain 100 % of the total sum. If the stay cannot take place due to a travel ban/lockdown due to COVID, this can be moved free of charge to another free period (within 1 year and after consultation).

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Prices from € 160/night. Stay of at least 2 nights. During the Christmas, Easter, summer holidays and extended weekends at least 3 nights.

Rent retro tandem € 30/stay, rent retro bike € 20/stay. We also provide child seats and picnic equipment. Rental of the bicycles is arranged on arrival.
